Rental prices (per week)
1st of May - 30th of September - 400 (GBP) / 440 (EURO) / 556 (DOLLAR)
1st of October - 30th of April - 500 (GBP) / 550 (EURO) / 695 (DOLLAR)
For long term lets (three months or more) we can offer substantial discounts - please e-mail us to discuss.
A deposit is required to secure your booking with the balance paid on arrival. Our letting agent will discuss this with you.
Utilities will be charged for as per metre readings. Again our letting agent will discuss this with you on arrival.
Bookings & Cancellations
Bookings should always be made as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment, although we can often cater for the last minute decision-makers among you, so please feel free to enquire, whatever your situation.
If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your stay with us, then please contact us as soon as you possibly can. We reserve the right to hold your deposit if suitable notice is not given. Apologies for this harsh stance, but we cannot afford to lose money through lost bookings. We hope you understand.
This is a family-owned apartment, and we will always do whatever we can to help you get the most from your stay. If you have any problems or require any special
arrangements making prior to your stay then please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.
Terms & Conditions
We only ask that you respect our apartment during your stay, and take good care of all fixtures & fittings. Any maintenance to the apartment is financed by our family, so all we ask is that you bear this in mind during your stay.
Any damage caused to the apartment during your stay should be reported as quickly as possible so that arrangements can be made if necessary.
If any damage is caused then we reserve the right to assess the situation and, if necessary bill you for the damage, although we will always try to reach an amicable agreement with you.
A final note....
Again, I feel it necessary to say that we are a genuine family renting our apartment to the general public. I apologise if any of the above sounds harsh, and I've tried to keep it to a bare minimum, but felt that it would benefit both ourselves and our guests if we state the more obvious requirements so that we all know where we stand.
We will always do our utmost to ensure that you enjoy your stay in our beautiful apartment, and we feel certain that you'll feel that you got great value for money.
